1. Design evaluation survey

Our design evaluation surveys will provide you with the confidence to make key decisions as you progress from early-stage designs through to full product launch.

  • Measure usefulness, distinctiveness and appeal. Do users feel your prototype can help them achieve their goals or solve their problems? And how do they rate you vs. your competitors?

  • Review information architecture. Does your prototype clearly present its purpose and user benefits? Can this be improved?

  • Evaluate branding and messaging. Is the branding and messaging clear and distinctive and do brand, product and message harmonise.

4. Service trial research
